Vá no arquivo config.cfg (Normalmente um bloco de notas azul) na pasta do seu Cs, Steam\SteamApps\suaconta\CounterStrike\Cstrike ou na Cstrike_Portuguese, abra o arquivo config e a partir da ultima linha que se encontrar lá adicione estas linhas:
